Our delivery charges vary depending on the size of your parcel.
We aim to send your order on the same day if it is placed before 3pm. If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will try to accommodate as best we can. Some products are handmade and may take longer than expected.
We process orders Monday to Friday. If for any reason we cannot ship your order within 48 hours, we will contact you.
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery within the UK and 30 days for delivery outside the UK.
We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please contact us. We are able to offer a refund or an exchange for any product you wish to return to us, provided the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item. The item(s) need to be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please obtain proof of posting in case the parcel fails to reach us.
Bespoke and personalised orders cannot be returned as they are made especially for you.
Cancelling an order
If, for any reasons, you do need to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. If we receive your cancellation before sending your products we will process a full refund.
If you cancel once your order has been dispatched, we will be able to provide you with a refund when the products have been received by us. Please return the items within 14 days, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We advise you to get proof of posting.
If a product arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible. We will try where possible to send you a replacement, but if not we will offer you a refund or an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days using the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
